Currlo aims to ship out orders as quickly as possible. Due to the handmade nature of the items we sell, longer shipping times are to be expected during peak seasons. If you need your order delivered by a specific date and are wondering if it will be make it in time, please contact us so we can confirm that for you.
Cancellations must be made with 24 hours from purchase date. The order will be refunded to original form of payment.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our handmade custom pieces, we do not accept returns/exchanges. With that said, if there is a manufacturing issue with your order, please contact us and we'd be happy to help make it right. See more information on how we stand behind our products here.
Currlo is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. If the tracking shows that the package has been "delivered" and the customer has not received the package or if the contents of the package are damaged, it is up to the customer to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. All Priority Mail packages are insured. To file a claim with USPS, click here.
